2018 Catholic Appeal

Catholic Charities and Catholic Social Services

Every week, CMA supporters are impacting the story of thousands who are hungry … lonely … suffering … at-risk … in need. The CMA provides funding to Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio and Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley.

One or both of these organizations offer:

  • Feeding the hungry,
with millions of pounds of food distributed each year.
  • Disaster recovery
    and emergency assistance.
  • Family services,
providing parenting, life skills, and early childhood education.
  • Refugee services
for families fleeing war and persecution.
  • Pregnancy counseling,
    adoption support services.
  • Senior services,
providing companionship for seniors, respite for caregivers.
  • Mental health counseling.
  • Su Casa Hispanic Center,
serving the Hispanic/Latino population of Cincinnati.
  • Erma’s House
    safe family visitation services.

These agencies depend on the annual support provided by the CMA, to continue caring for our brothers and sisters with very real needs.
